What do you value in life?
-
Faith, family, and purpose.
-
My faith is what helps me through struggles and stresses as well as gives me joy.
-
I will do anything for my family and my loved ones. Things come and go, but we are not made to go through this life alone and the relationships we have with others and what we do for others is what we will truly be remembered by.
-
I believe every person has a purpose in their life, but they look to others to show them their purpose. Everyone has to find their own purpose and know they are a part of something bigger than just themselves. We are all here to serve others in one way or another.
What is your WHY?
Simply put, my why is to save lives. Now of course, this varies for every person I interact with, whether that is helping people lose fat or gain muscle, or helping them get off medications or just being able to play with their kids and feel good about themselves. This means helping people body, mind, and spirit. You cannot truly change and have results without working on all three. My why is to leave every person that I interact with better than before.
