Our rockstar coaches are certified through and through, which means they’ve been educated in anatomy, physiology, nutrition and optimal performance. They also understand that no two individuals are alike, and that your fitness goals are unique to you.
Coach DJ
Coach DJ is the President & Co-Owner of Erie Fitness Academy. He has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Mercyhurst University and has 7+ years of personal and group training under his belt.

Coach Gio
Coach Gio is the Vice President & Co-Owner of Erie Fitness Academy and currently serves as the Head Coach of our Training For Warriors program. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS).

Coach Brandon
Coach Brandon was officially hired in August of 2021. He studied Human Performance at Edinboro University and has over 3 years of personal training experience.

Coach Stacie
Coach Stacie is an Erie native whose own journey of healing and growth has made her one of the most impactful coaches at EFA. She's here to help you build a life that's stronger, more balanced and truly sustainable.

Coach LB
Coach LB holds two Bachelor's Degrees - one in Exercise Science and the other in Nursing. She is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and has 10+ years of training experience in a gym setting. She actively works with online coaching clients, personal training clients and TFW.

Coach Chris
Meet Coach Chris — she found fitness at 45 and never looked back. Now she channels that same grit and empathy into helping people of all levels build confidence, get stronger, and just keep showing up.

Coach Jeff
Coach Jeff grew up in rural Perry, New York, where he spent his high school years playing football, wrestling, and baseball. His passion for athletics led him to pursue a journalism degree at St. Bonaventure University, where he graduated in 2021.

Coach Belle
Meet Coach Belle — a Colorado native who found her love for fitness at 5am in a CrossFit class and never looked back. With a background in CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and Hyrox training, she brings serious knowledge and passion to the floor every day. Her mission is simple: help you achieve things you never thought possible.

Coach Kyle
Coach Kyle is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, father, and husband who’s passionate about helping people transform their lives in meaningful, lasting ways by using fitness as the foundation for bigger change.

Coach Garrett
Coach Garett specializes in bodybuilding and hypertrophy training, helping clients build strength, confidence, and lasting healthy habits. With TFW Level 1 & 2 certifications and a passion for mindset and discipline, he empowers members to push past their limits and achieve their goals.

Coach Kade
Coach Kade is an Exercise Science student at Gannon University who specializes in functional training and movement-based performance. With a strong foundation in anatomy and biomechanics, he helps clients improve strength, mobility, and overall athletic ability. His energetic, hands-on coaching style reflects his active lifestyle and passion for helping others move better every day.
