What are your roles at the gym? When did you start working here?
I started August 2021, my role would be to provide members and clients a positive experience every time they enter the gym. I strive to make this environment as comfortable as possible for everyone! Along with pushing clients/members to their fullest potential and holding them accountable so they will get the results they want.
Do you have any specialties when it comes to training?
I would say my specialty would be clients hating me for the workouts I put them through, and also appreciating me for the results they acquire.
What’s your favorite exercise movement/type of exercise?
What are your favorite hobbies besides working out?
BMX racing, working/riding on motorcycles, and doing concrete.
What is your favorite food?
Steak & Sweet Potatoes.
What do you value in life?
I value the power of a strong family. I value my ability to change peoples lives. I value a positive stature.
What is your WHY?
I love fitness, everything it has helped me with, and the relationships I have gained from the gym. I want people to understand that it’s more than just working out, especially at EFA. It’s a community that stands together. A positive atmosphere that pushes people to reach their goals. People that want not only themselves to look and feel better but the people around them to look and feel better as well! My “why” is to get them in here and get them to ask themselves, “why didn't I do this sooner?!”
