What are your certifications/accolades? How long have you been training?
I have two Bachelor’s degrees, one in Exercise Science and one in Nursing.
Im certified through NSCA as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and through ACSM as a Certified Exercise Physiologist.
I’ve been training most of my life in some manner through sports, but in the gym for the last 10+ years.
What activities were you involved in high school/college?
I played softball growing up and then played in college at Slippery Rock. I also ran cross country in high school.
What are your roles at the gym? When did you start working here?
Some of my roles include coaching clients online, in-person personal training and also keeping new warriors accountable.
Do you have any specialties when it comes to training?
Strength training for women, helping busy women make exercise and healthy eating a priority and normal part of their busy lives.
What’s your favorite exercise movement/type of exercise?
Chin-ups and back squats
What are your favorite hobbies besides working out?
Hiking at new places with my husband and our puppies, spending time outside doing anything active

What do you value in life?
Relationships with my family and with God. Doing good for people.
What is your WHY?
My WHY for coaching is to help others live a happy life, where they feel good about themselves and have energy and strength to do what they want to do. I know how much better I feel and how much more I am able to accomplish when I am taking good care of myself and I want that for other people too.
