Coach Kyle is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, father, and husband who’s passionate about helping people transform their lives in meaningful, lasting ways by using fitness as the foundation for bigger change. He believes that long-term success comes from building a strong mindset, consistent exercise and nutrition routines, and sustainable daily habits. His coaching helps clients not only get stronger physically, but also build the discipline and mental resilience that create positive momentum in other areas of life.
Get to know KYLE
Coach Connor started his fitness journey in 2019 when he found himself weighing over 300lbs. He was sick and tired of being sick and tired. He wanted better for himself so he started working out at his local gym. Since then, Coach Connor has lost over 100lbs! He lives a life that he now loves because of that life-altering decision and experience.
Coach Connor wants to give others a second chance at life that he was given through fitness and health. Outside of coaching, Coach Connor trains and competes in MMA and is working towards becoming a Pro Fighter!
